Today is the birthday of Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. He would have been 101 years old.

    I have been looking for this speech for a long time. Your site was the only one which made it easy to view. I heard this speech while I was teaching a high school civil rights lesson. I have never forgot it, and now I have it.
